2010-2011 Registration

PRESCHOOL
Children entering the 3 year old pre-school program must be 3 years old by August 31.
Children entering the 4 year old pre-school program must be 4 years old by August 31.

KINDERGARTEN
Children entering the kindergarten program must be 5 years old by August 31.

Parishioners of St. Angela Merici have priority of placement for kindergarten until January 15th. Please register early. The first 30 students registered for kindergarten 2010-2011 are guaranteed placement in the first grade for 2011-2012. Registration begins on January 4, 2010. Kindergarten parents must designate at time of registration their choice of full or half day sessions. Full day session will be at the same tuition rate as all other full day students. Half day kindergarten will be at a half day rate.

Non-Parishioners may register for kindergarten beginning January 19th.

PRESCHOOL & NEW STUDENTS IN LEVELS 1-8 - Registration for 3 year old preschool (Tuesday & Thursday FULL OR HALF DAY) and 4 year old preschool (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday FULL OR HALF DAY) and openings in levels 1-8 are also taken as of January 4, 2010.
Current Preschool 3 & 4 students must re-register for 2010-2011 for preschool and kindergarten

To register for preschool and kindergarten, all of the following items must be brought to the office:

$50 Non-Refundable Deposit
Baptismal Certificate *
Birth Certificate *
Immunization Record *

* Original Document

(A child is not registered until all documents are received.)

PLEASE NOTE Contracts for students returning to St. Angela and entering grades 1-8 for the 2010-2011 academic year will be available in late April. Your $50 non-refundable deposit will be required at that time.

ALSO: Contracts for 2010-2011 will be available only to those families that have all tuition, fees, fund raising monies, etc. paid up to date.

2010-2011 Tuition

After much time spent determining a budget that was livable, we are able to present to you the tuition for the 2010-2011 school year. This year tuition increased by $12.00 per month across the board. Not bad in an economy such as ours! In addition to that, the family fundraising quota remained the same for the 2010-2011 school year . The following are the tuition rates for the 2010-2011 school year.

Tuition Assistance

FINANCIAL AID FOR 2010-2011 - Financial aid forms for the Bishop's Education Fund (K-8) and S.O.S.(PS3-8) will be available in late January. You must apply to the Bishop's Education Fund to be eligible for Angel Fund money. All families are encouraged to apply to S.O.S. especially if you have preschool children
